Will I always get the same Maid? We do our best to assign the same Maid to your house every time. How does my Maid get into my house? Most of our clients provide us with a key to their homes. The keys are coded and your personal information is not on the key. Another option is to provide us with a garage code you have an outdoor garage code box or utilize a lock box. You could of course be home to meet your Maid as well. How do I pay for my housecleaning? We ask that payment be made the day of your Maid service unless you have made specific arrangements with our office. Payment can be made by check, cash or credit card. Call our office or leave payment on the kitchen counter along with any notes you might have for your Maid. What about our pets? We want you and your pets to be happy while your Maid is in your house! Please leave instructions with the office as to how you wish your pets to be handled. If you have a pet that is questionable around non-family members, we ask that the pet be in a kennel, outside, or in a room that is not to be cleaned. How can I give my Maid new instructions? It's easy! When you have new or extra instructions, you can leave a note on the kitchen counter or you can call the office and we will be sure to get the instructions to your Maid. If it's instructions you want followed for every Maid service, it's best to call the office and we will include the information in your file. What if I need to change my cleaning day this week? We ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice before your cleaning. This will allow us time to assign your Maid to another appointment as well as re-schedule your appointment for a more convenient time for you. What if I forgot the Maid was coming? If you provide a key to your home, this shouldn't be a problem. But if you do not provide a key or other method of entry and the Maid arrives and is unable to access your home, you will be charged $45. What if my Maid breaks an item in my home? Your Maid is careful with your possessions, but we do know that accidents can happen. If any damage/loss does occur, please notify our office. All of our Maids are bonded and insured.
