Spotless Maid Service was founded in 2006 by Lidiya and Russell Dunn.
Lidiya Dunn had been working in the Bank of America and Paychex. She was very well liked by her employers and customers and knew her strong people skills would be invaluable in building a successful service business. Born in the Ukraine, she knew one of the main opportunities of living in the United States was the ability to own your own business.
Russell Dunn spent almost 20 years in management of a large national company serving hospitals throughout the Western United States. He entered that field by building a small medical transciption business into a $2+ million dollar business which was acquired by a larger national company. Russell had friends in the cleaning business since 1989 and spent considerable time working with these friends as they built a successful house cleaning company. This first hand knowledge of the industry led Russell and Lidiya into applying their respective business skills into starting Spotless Maid Service. Now just over 5 years later they have become one of the fastest growing and most respected house cleaning companies in the Inland Empire of Southern California. Their growth is directly related to providing a high quality service, on time and a strong focus on serving their customers.
